Man, its been a little while! I feel really bad about putting the blog on the back burner, but with a few crappy things that happened to me recently, along with basically having a full time job and relationship, I don't have much time to squeeze in these days.

I do however almost always take off multiple days in a row for Halloween every year, so you can always expect at least a couple posts coming from me around the end of October!

Just like a few changes MAC made recently, Sephora seems to be stepping up their game with catering to more budget conscience consumers, with the launch of Weekly Wows, regular Reward Bazaar updates, and adding Colourpop to their brand line-up!

I'll be honest, when I think of creamy pigmented eyeshadows, Avon isn't necessarily the first brand that comes to mind. However, my mom recently gave my this eyeshadow quad from them and I gasped when I opened the lid. I could immediately tell that these gorgeous colors would have a big impact, and I wasn't disappointed after finally using them!

I'm definitely guilty of being that person who will see a product mentioned a hundred times, roll my eyes a bit thinking it can't -actually- be that great, then buy it the first chance I get just to see if the buzz is really worth it. Luckily this time my wallet didn't hurt too much in the process, as this Airspun Loose Face Powder from Coty was under $6 at my local Walmart.
